2. Effects
(1)
So long as the certificate has not been annulled, the heir shall be deemed to have the status which the certificate attributes to him.
#(2)
The acts performed by the heir in such capacity may not be impugned, unless it is proved that the person who avails himself of such acts knew for certain, at the moment when such acts were performed, that the heir had no right.
