Article 841
Form of Renunciation
(1)
The renunciation of a succession shall be of no effect unless a declaration of this intent is made at the Court registry or central registry of wills or to a notary.
#(2)
It shall be of no effect unless it is made known to the liquidator before the expiry of the period fixed in Article 840.
