Article 848
Actio Pauliana
(1)
The creditors of a person who renounces a succession may, within two years from the day when the renunciation has taken place, apply to the Court to annul it, if it is clearly prejudicial to them.
#(2)
The same applies toacceptance of an inheritance where the amount of the debts is clearly larger than the amount of rights and property.
#(3)
The renunciation or acceptance may be annulled by the Court only up to the extent of what is due to the creditors.
