Article 833
2. Intestate Succession
(1)
Where thirty days elapsed after the death of the deceased, without any will having been discovered, the deceased shall be presumed to have left no will.

Thereafter without delay the liquidator shall inform the interested persons of the manner in which he considers that the succession should devolve.
