Article 828
3. Place
(1)
The will shall be opened in the office of the notary or in the registry of the Court where the will has been deposited during the lifetime of the deceased or after his death.
#(2)
Failing such deposit, the will shall be opened in the place where the deceased had his principal residence at the time of his death.
