Article 835
Action of Nullity. - 1. -Persons Present
(1)
Whosoever is present or represented at the opening of the will may within thirty days from the opening of the will declare his intention to apply for the nullity of the will or of a provision contained in the will, or to impugn the establishment of persons entitled to the succession.
#(2)
Any such declaration shall be of no effect unless it is made in writing and notified to the liquidator, the Court or the arbitrators within the period specified in sub-Article (1).
#(3)
An application for the nullity shall only be entertained where it is made within three months from the declaration.
