Article 2264
Restriction
(1)
Provisions under Article 2263 shall not be valid unless they are necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of the employer and do not impede, in a inequitable manner, the economic future of the employee.
#(2)
They shall not be valid, in particular, unless they are limited as to time, place and business forbidden to the employee.
