Article 2200
Rate of Payment
(1)
The contract of employment shall determine the wages to be paid an employee except that the wages may not be less than the minimum wages fixed by special legislation or an applicable collective agreement.
#(3)
An employer shall pay for overtime work and for work on a public holiday at a rate not less than the rate fixed by special legislation or an applicable collective agreement.
