Article 2221
Leave for Family Events
(1)
An employee shall be entitled to leave with pay for three working days where he marries or where his spouse, an ascendant, a descendant or any other relative, whether by affinity or consanguinity up to the second degree, dies.
#(2)
An employee shall be entitled to leave without pay for five consecutive days in cases where he encounters exceptional and serious occurrences.
