Accident Insurance
(1)
A contract of insurance against accidents is a contract whereby the insurer undertakes to pay a specified sum to the insured person if he is the victim of an accident during the period specified in the policy, or to the beneficiary named in the policy, if the insured person dies.

The insurer may limit his guarantee to specified accidents or specified consequences of an accident.
