Article 2646
Delivery of Policy and Application
(1)
The insurer shall provide the signed policy to the insured, together with a copy of any written application form submitted by the insured or on his behalf.
#(2)
If there is a discrepancy between, the policy and the application form, the terms of the application prevail unless the insurer indicates the discrepancies to the insured in a writing delivered to the insured before or at the time the contract of insurance comes into force.
