Article 264
Convening Family Council
(1)
A guardian, who is not the father or the mother, shall at the beginning of his management, convene the family council and explain to it the financial position of the minor.
#(2)
Until that time, the guardian shall confine himself to performing such acts of administration as are of an urgent nature.
