Article 238
Position of Minor
(1)
Unless otherwise decided by the family council, the minor shall not attend the deliberations of the family council.
#(2)
However, the family council shall assure that the minor who is capable of forming his own views is given the opportunity to express those views, the views being given due weight in accordance with the age and maturity of the minor.
