Article 998
Duties of Finder
(1)
Whosoever finds and takes control of a movable thing shall comply with the administrative regulations requiring him to report his find.
#(2)
Fading such regulations, he shall take all appropriate steps to make his find known and make such investigations as are required in the circumstances with a view to informing the owner of his find.
