2. Rights of Other Party
(1)
The other party shall be consulted where the decisions which are contemplated are of such a nature that their effects shall continue after the end of the lease.
#(2)
Such party may and shall take a decision instead of the other contracting party where the latter has not informed him of his decision in good time and such decision may not be delayed without serious inconvenience.
