Article 2021
State of Land and Inventory. - 1. Principle
(1)
On the request of either of the parties and as soon as such request is made, there shall be drawn up a statement showing the condition of the land as well as an inventory with a valuation of the movable property, accessory to the immovable given on lease, the use and enjoyment of which have been given to the lessee.
