Article 2067
Renewal of Contract
(1)
Where, at the expiration of the lease, the lessee continues in the enjoyment of the thing with the knowledge and without the opposition of the lessor, the contract of lease shall be renewed for an indeterminate period.
#(2)
The rights and duties of the parties for the further duration of the lease shall be governed by the provisions of the previous contract.
