Article 184

Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the memorandum of appeal and reply, or the date for the reply to be filed, the trial Court shall forward the case on appeal to the appellate Court and it shall contain a copy of:

the judgment under appeal;

the record of trial;

the notice and memorandum of appeal and reply, if any; and

the record of the first appeal, if any.

The Court of appeal, upon the application of one of the parties, may dispense with making a copy of the record of trial where the making of such copy would delay unduly the hearing of the appeal and the Court may order the original file to be produced.
