Article 177
Special Appellate Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court
(1)
In addition to the appellate jurisdiction as set out in Article 176, the Supreme Court may hear an appeal from final judgment by any party to a case in which an issue concerning the constitutionality of any law is raised, or in which an interpretation of a significant constitutional or legal principle is required for making a decision in the case.

An appeal under this Article shall be subject to the requirements and limitations set out in this Title.
