Article 876
Debts Not Exigible
(1)
The creditors of the succession whose debts are not exigible may require that securities be given to them to ensure the payment of their debts when they fall due.
#(2)
The provisions of sub-Article (1) shall apply to those persons who have conditional claims to bring forward against the succession.
