Article 874
Exigible Debts
(1)
The liquidator shall pay such debts of the succession as are exigible, unless opposition has been made to such payment or it appears obvious that the assets of the succession are not sufficient to satisfy all the creditors.
#(2)
In these two cases, he shall observe the rules laid down in the Code of Civil Procedure relating to the insolvency of a debtor.
