Article 794
Limitation of Substitution to One Passage
(1)
A provision whereby the testator declares that property or rights cannot be alienated or attached after they have been transmitted to the substitute shall be of no effect.
#(2)
A provision whereby the testator seeks to regulate what is to happen to such property or rights after they are; transmitted to the substitute shall be of no effect.
