Article 781
Presumption
(1)
Unless otherwise expressly provided by the testator, a legacy made under a condition that the legatee does not do a specified thing should be deemed to be made under a resolutive condition.
#(2)
The same shall apply where a legacy is made under the condition that the legatee shall continue to do a specified thing.
