Article 654
Contestation by the Mother
(1)
The paternity mentioned in the paragraphs (a) and (b) of Article 651 may be contested by the mother, if the father is not the biological father of the child.
#(2)
The mother may not contest the paternity if the father and mother have consented to artificial insemination which may have resulted in the mother’s pregnancy.
