Article 54
Keeping and Conservation of Registers
(1)
The civil status officer shall himself keep the registers of civil status in those communes where such duty has been expressly imposed on him by the administration.
#(2)
He shall ensure their custody and conservation and deliver to interested persons extracts from or copies of the records of such registers.
