Article 1921
Substitution
(1)
The donor may stipulate that the donee shall keep the property donated and transmit it, on his death or on the expiry of a given period of time or on the fulfillment of a given condition, to one or more persons who shall substitute themselves for the donee.
#(2)
Such stipulation shall be effective on the conditions and subject to the formalities laid down in this Code in respect of Substitution made by will.
