Article 1917
Gift on the Occasion of Marriage
(1)
A gift to a future spouse shall be subject to the condition that the marriage be celebrated. So shall a gift made, on the occasion of a marriage, to the father, mother or other relatives of one of the future spouses.
#(2)
The effect of the cancellation or dissolution of the marriage on such gift shall be as prescribed in the Title of this Code relating to Family Relationship.
