Article 69
Cumulative Punishment for a Single Act
Where the same conduct of an accused establishes the commission of more than one offence, an accused may be punished for a violation of each offence committed, except where:
#(a)
one offence differs from the other offence only in the respect that it is a lesser included offence.;
#(d)
the offences differ only in that one is defined to prohibit a designated kind of conduct generally and the other to prohibit a specific instance of such conduct; or
#(e)
an offence is defined, as a continuing course of conduct and the defendant’s course of conduct was uninterrupted.
