Article 83
Review of Decision on Application for Pre-Trial Release
(1)
The arrested person and the public prosecutor may seek a review of the decision of the Court under Article 82 to the next highest Court, whose decision on this matter shall be final.
#(2)
If another application is filed at a later stage of the proceedings, another review of a denial of that application may be made.
