Article 308
Scope of Application
(1)
The provisions of this Chapter shall apply where an application is made concerning any of the matters expressly referred to in the following Articles.

Applications concerning matters other than those expressly referred to in the following Articles may be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
