Article 155
Identification of Subject matter
(1)
Where a claim relates to a specific thing, the statement of claim shall contain such particulars as are necessary to identify the nature and location of such thing.
#(2)
Where a claim relates to immovable property, the statement of claim shall contain a description of such property sufficient to identify it and, where such property can be identified by boundaries or numbers in a public record, the statement of claim shall specify such boundaries or numbers.
