Article 947
Relations between the Heirs
(1)
An heir who, after the partition, has had to pay a debt of the succession, shall have recourse against his co-heirs where he has paid more than the portion which should finally remain to his charge.
#(2)
With regard to such recourse, the rules laid down in the Title of this Code relating to Contracts in General shall apply in so far as they relate to suretyship.
