Article 932
By Whom Indemnity is Due
(1)
Indemnity shall be due by each of the co-heirs in proportion to the share of the succession which he has received.
#(2)
If any one of the co-heirs is insolvent, the part due by him shall be divided between the heirs in whose favor the warranty operates and all the other heirs who are solvent, in proportion to the share of the succession which each has received.
