Article 815
Resignation
(1)
The liquidator may at any time resign his functions, unless he has expressly undertaken to bring them to their conclusion or to perform them for a certain period of time.
#(3)
The resignation shall in no case take effect unless it has been communicated to the other liquidators or a new liquidator has been appointed.
