Article 804
What the Liquidation Consists of
The liquidation of the succession consists of:
#(c)
the recovery of debts due to and the payment of the debts due by the succession which are exigible;
#(d)
the payment of the legacies by singular title and the taking of such other steps as are required to carry into effect the provisions made by the deceased.
