Rights of Third Parties
(2)
Rights of third parties, acquired in good faith before unworthiness has been determined in a judgment or by the beneficiaries, must be respected.
#(3)
Where rights or property have been acquired by gratuitous title, the Court may condemn the person who derived profit to make repair as far as is equitable.
