Article 492
Bodies Corporate
(1)
Bodies corporate whose head office is situated in a foreign country and which wish to carry out activities in Eritrea shall apply for an authorization to the office of associations in Asmara. 1
#(2)
The office of associations may refuse to grant the authorization applied for where the proposed activities are contrary to the law or morals of Eritrea. The office of associations may, before making its decision, consult the Ministry concerned with the proposed activities.
#(3)
No foreign body corporate may carry out activities nor recruit members in Eritrea until the authorization has been granted by the office of associations.
