Article 366
Contents and Form of Statutes
(1)
The statutes of the association shall be of no effect unless they mention the name of the, association, its object, the place where the association has its head office and the date when they are made.
#(2)
They shall be signed by not less than five associates, who shall be known as the founders of the association.
