Article 2390
Disclosure of the Mandator
(1)
A person who enters into a contract in the name of a mandator yet to be named must disclose the mandator’s name within the period provided for by law, contract or usage or, in the absence thereof, within a reasonable period.

When he does not disclose the name of the mandator in a timely fashion, he is deemed to have entered into the contract for himself, unless the contract produces a different result.
