Article 2134
Use of Deposited Movable
(1)
Where the deposit consists of other movables, the depositary may not make use of them without the depositor's authorization.
#(2)
Where he violates this rule, the rules governing the contract of lease shall apply to his detriment.
#(3)
The depositor may in particular demand payment of a rent the amount of which shall be fixed equitably.
