Article 1850
Termination
(1)
Except as provided in sub-Article (2), the buyer in a consumer sale may reject the things and terminate the contract if the things sold do not conform with the contract or with the warranties provided by law.
#(2)
The seller is not liable for any lack of conformity if at the time of the conclusion of the contract the buyer knew of the lack of conformity.
