Article 1721
Duties of the Interested Party
(1)
The interested party must compensate the manager for injury which he has suffered as a result of the management, to the extent that his interest is properly looked after.
#(2)
Where the manager has acted in the course of a business or profession, he has, to the extent that this is reasonable, the further right to be paid for his activities in accordance with the prices usually charged for such activities at the time of the management.
#(3)
Expenses made by the manager shall produce interest as from the day they were made without it being necessary that the interested party be placed in default.
