Article 1528
Set-off by the Court
(1)
Where a debt is not liquidated, the Court may hold that a set-off has been made to the extent of such amount of the debt as is admitted.
#(2)
Where a debt is not liquidated but can be liquidated without delay, the Court may suspend judgment against the debtor whose debt is liquidated until the other debt is liquidated.
