Article 1425
Place of Performance
(1)
If the place of performance is neither fixed by, nor determinable from, the contract, a party is to perform:
#(a)
a monetary obligation, at the creditor’s place of business or, in the absence thereof, at the place where the creditor is domiciled; or
#(b)
any other obligation, at its own place of business or, in the absence thereof, at the place where it is domiciled.
#(2)
A party must bear any increase in the expenses incidental to performance which is caused by a change in its place of business or place of domicile subsequent to the conclusion of the contract.
