Article 1314
Provisions for Use of the Land
(1)
Anyone using immovable property in violation of the provisions and regulations of the plan may be ordered by the municipality to stop such use forthwith.
#(2)
The municipality is authorized to undo all activities in violation of the plan and charge such costs as connected therewith to the violator.
