Article 1275
Occupation of Public Domain
(1)
No property forming part of the public domain may be occupied by a private party except with the authorization of the competent authorities.
#(2)
Such authorization shall specify whether the person concerned may construct works on the property and the nature of such works.
#(3)
The authorization shall specify the time for which it is granted and the dues (if any) to be charged.
