Article 1266
Effect on Third Parties. - 1. Immovables
(1)
Agreements containing a promise of sale or a right of preemption which relate to registered immovables shall not affect third parties unless they have been entered in the register of immovable property.
#(2)
Failing registration, such agreements shall only affect such third parties insofar as they knew or should have known them.
