Article 1223
Limitation
(1)
Any claim arising from changes made in or damage occasioned to the property shall be barred where the owner does not bring it within one year from the property having been returned to him.
#(2)
The right of the usufructuary to remove any installation made by him shall be barred after the same period of time.
