Article 1171
Limitation of the Exclusive Right of Reproduction
(2)
Copies or reproductions of the work made in a single copy shall be permitted where they are intended for private use only.
#(3)
In the interest of school and university education and for scientific purposes, the right of reproduction will be subject to the limitations as set forth by a special law.
