Article 1117
Agreement of Division
(1)
The division takes place by written agreement intended for that purpose, followed by its entry in the register of immovable property.
#(2)
A plan is attached to the minute of the agreement of division which indicates the boundaries of the different portions of the building and land which are intended to be used as separate units and the exclusive use of which, according to the agreement, is included in an apartment right. The plan must comply with the requirements of the law for the purposes of registration.
#(3)
In the provisions of this Section, the agreement of division includes the plan, unless the contrary results from the provision.
